Appointment Policy
Please arrive promptly on time. We try our best to stay on schedule and maximize your treatment time. Due to the holistic nature of this medicine, patients arriving more than 15 minutes late to their appointment cannot be treated and will be charged the full cost of the visit.
Cancellation Policy
You will be charged the full cost of your visit if you do not cancel/reschedule before 24 hours. Please always give as much advance notice as possible even if it's past the cancellation window. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice but we are able to re-book your spot, we will gladly waive the fee.
